Hi Team , We want one feature in SR Catalog Approval workflow . Current Scenario :-In current Scenario the Approval condition can be applied on the basis of Requestor/caller only . Required Scenario :-Can we set the Approval workflow on the Basis of Individual Approver name (Ex:-If the Approver is MD San (xyz@maruti.co.in ) then this Approval level should be skip) . As per the current product design, this conditions block in the workflow designer are based on the caller/requestor fields only ,there is no field currently available based on Approver , Please implement fields based on approver also . In Asset Inventory management when an asset is in pending acceptance state from the user. The asset should not be available for Allocation, reallocation, movement , deallocation and deactivation.Options currently explored areAuto acceptance after configured no. of days, however this leads during the auto acceptance period the asset is available for asset lifecycle process.Kindly do the needful on the same.

A reconciliation mail will be sent to this user. Once they accept the transfer, the database should get updated automatically.If “Asset Lost “, user will be required to upload copy of FIR. If lost inside the plant, then plant head approval must be attached.
I am creating a report using the IM Ticket Master. I would like to perform a calculation using 2 columns to create a 3rd column. I am trying to use the Expressions box in the Advanced Properties but I do not know where to get the field names from to write the query. Any help is appreciated
If Resolution SLA of any ticket will be breach at any status (in-progress , New , Assigned).The Resolution SLA reason Reason should be mandatory to fill during re-assignment or resolving of ticket .And also need report with SLA Breach Reason Data with updated by name .
