Existing Process:

ITAM triggers Recon mail.

User takes action from mail by either selecting Accept/Reject

NEW PROPOSAL:

ITAM Triggers Recon mail

User must receive the link to ITconnect My asset reconciliation page containing the list of assets with checkboxes to take action like Accept/Asset Transferred/Lost

If “Asset transferred” is selected, user will need to enter email address of the user to whom the asset was transferred. A reconciliation mail will be sent to this user. Once they accept the transfer, the database should get updated automatically.

If “Asset Lost “, user will be required to upload copy of FIR. If lost inside the plant, then plant head approval must be attached.
