The asset should not be available for Allocation, reallocation, movement , deallocation and deactivation.Options currently explored areAuto acceptance after configured no. of days, however this leads during the auto acceptance period the asset is available for asset lifecycle process.Kindly do the needful on the same.

Existing Process:ITAM triggers Recon mail.User takes action from mail by either selecting Accept/RejectNEW PROPOSAL:ITAM Triggers Recon mailUser must receive the link to ITconnect My asset reconciliation page containing the list of assets with checkboxes to take action like Accept/Asset Transferred/LostIf “Asset transferred” is selected, user will need to enter email address of the user to whom the asset was transferred. A reconciliation mail will be sent to this user. Once they accept the transfer, the database should get updated automatically.If “Asset Lost “, user will be required to upload copy of FIR. If lost inside the plant, then plant head approval must be attached.
