How to deallocate one of the user when the asset is allocated in multiple user allocation?

How to deallocate one of the user when the asset is allocated in multiple user allocation?Customer, added 3 users via multiple user allocation, since they are working on rotating shifts. If one user left the organization, customer needs to remove one of the user and add new user for the same. How can I do that?

Customer security check application detected vulnerability for Microsoft SQL Server Compact v3.5 on Summit app server and this needs to be remediated. Can we ask the customer to update the latest version (4.0) of Microsoft SQL server compact supports Summit application or if its not required can we directly uninstall the same?.

Mail to Incident feature, required plan text in place of signature image

Currently, on mail to ticket functionality, we don't have plain text enhancement over a symptom and description on our summit versions, where we are getting a signature image in place of Plain text.Is it possible, since it is already available in the BI report.

Is there any configuration to map location and customer based assets in Endpoint compliance

Is there any configuration to map location and  customer based assets Endpoint compliance. When are are adding single assets it is getting synced, but when we are adding customer and location based mapping, assets are not getting sync in Endpoint compliance dashboard.
