→ Include SR Details in SR E-mail (the Service Request details are included in the SR e-mail if the tag *SRVICEREQUEST_DETAILS* is included in the email template of approvals and this checkbox is enabled.Â

Include SR Details in SR E-mail
If selected, the Service Request (SR) details are included in the SR e-mail if the tag *SERVICEREQUEST_DETAILS* is included in the e-mail template.
