Is there any option/configuration to show catalog attribute/description details in the SR approval notification mail template?

  1. Below is the process to include the Service Request Details in SR E-mail templates. You can refer the application settings and enable the below option:

→ Include SR Details in SR E-mail (the Service Request details are included in the SR e-mail if the tag *SRVICEREQUEST_DETAILS* is included in the email template of approvals and this checkbox is enabled. 

Path to enable the option: Admin → Application Settings → Look for Service Request Section

Yes, it is possible you have to enable the following configuration on application settings,

Include SR Details in SR E-mail

If selected, the Service Request (SR) details are included in the SR e-mail if the tag *SERVICEREQUEST_DETAILS* is included in the e-mail template.
