Does SummitAI proxy server connect to Application on TLS 1.2?

Yes TLS 1.2 is required for secure DC connection establishment, if it is cloud instance. 
Our cloud team follows standard TLS 1.2 , 1.1 and 1.0 as well. but it is always recommended to customer that they have to enable TLS1.2 at the proxy server for connection.
