Yes TLS 1.2 is required for secure DC connection establishment, if it is cloud instance.Â
Our cloud team follows standard TLS 1.2 , 1.1 and 1.0 as well. but it is always recommended to customer that they have to enable TLS1.2 at the proxy server for connection.Â
