Is there any difference between summit online customer license and offline customer license?

Yes, any license activation needs internet for validation from SUMMITAI license management. If in case Customer is in restricted zone and doesn’t have internet connectivity, then they have to request for offline license for activation. 

I am also attaching a guide for license accepting . There is difference in approach how license acceptance is done for online and on premise (offline) customer.
