Hi, We have moved from MS365 to Google Workspace and having difficulties in accessing the reporting from Summit. Can this be integrated? Also applies to CI bulk upload as well.

Hi i believe its Izenda 6. The error we are getting from the report as attached.
I am suspecting it is due to the format goes to .XLS
After looking through the error images, it appears that there is an issue with the data or file format.
To further investigate into this issue, kindly create an incident on the SummitAI support portal.
