Can we add mail notification for delegator

Can we add mail notification for delegate when they get any request (SR/Change) in upcoming releases. As of now  , Delegator has to login to Portal and check for the tickets pending for approval.

The query/functionality you have raised is currently not available in the product by design, however, it is a great candidate for a wonderful and innovative idea. We suggest you post the same into the “Ideas” section of the forum so that the Idea has high exposure to get voted by multiple forum users. Our product team would also evaluate the forum and choose the most voted Idea into their next enhancement/ feature upgrade of the product.
