We have Azure AD integrated with SummitAI. We need to filter users based on location field. can we map users from one location to assign the SR/IM location Workgroup?
For Example:
Indian Users based on Location field in AD: IM Workgroup Category for Incident/SR: EUS INDIA
China Users based on Location field in AD: SR Workgroup Category for Incident/SR: EUS CHINA
Any leads on it?

Please try the following configuration to route the incident / request to workgroups based on the locations.
Incident Management: Please create location-based workgroups and map the respective location under Locations by selecting the checkboxes.
Admin >> infrastructure>> Workgroup >> Locations(checkbox) >> Select the location checkboxes.
Service Request: Please create location-based work groups and do the location and workgroup mapping under Catalog.
Catalog > Edit Service Catalog >> ADDITIONAL INFO >> Log Service Request in User's Location
